Ligia Ibarra González

Professor in the Department of International Studies of the Methodological and Economics Axis. She obtained a Master's Degree in Social Sciences with a specialty in International Relations and Pacific from the University of Guadalajara and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from the University of Guadalajara.

She currently coordinates the Master's Degree in Global Politics and Transparency Studies (GP&TPS).

Miguel Alejandro Híjar-Chiapa

Professor-Researcher at the Department of Pacific Studies of the University Center of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Guadalajara and Member of the Center for North American Studies. President of the Australian and New Zealand Studies Association of North America (ANZSANA). Since 2016 he has been Visiting Professor at the Edward A. Clark Center for Australian and New Zealand Studies of the University of Texas at Austin. He holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences with specialization in International Relations and Pacific Studies from the University of Guadalajara.

Areas of interest: International Relations Theory and the Foreign and Defence Policies of the Anglosphere countries (United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand).

Cristobal Collignon de Alba

Grado Académico: 
M.A.

Professor-Researcher at the Department of Pacific Studies of the University Center of Social Sciences and Humanities of the University of Guadalajara. He is a PhD Candidate in Transpacific Relations from the University of Colima. He received his MA in International Relations with specialization in International Relations and Pacific Studies at the University of Guadalajara. He is a founding member of the Center of Japanese Studies (2016) at the Pacific Studies Department. His areas of interest are Cultural diplomacy, Creative economy, Japanese studies and Gender studies.
